Scientific or Technological Advancement: Work carried out results in data that raises our understanding of scientific significance or technologies, or to be engaged at the beginning to advance a technology beyond the current scientific know-how. This includes, overcoming a technological obstacles/uncertainty resulting in a technological advancement.

Scientific or Technological Uncertainty:

red bullet tiny Taxpayer is uncertain if the result of the project can be accomplished
red bullet tiny Taxpayer is expecting that the results can be met but are uncertain which of several technical options (For example, directions, methods, equipment programming, engineering) will accommodate the specifications of your objective within business limitation.
Scientific and Technical Content: Project(s) need to show that it included the scientific course—a systematic analysis. Work must prove some type of evidence and achieved by capable talent.
